Who I am

Once a friend told me: "It is tiring to travel and be a tourist!"

And it was from there that it occurred to me to create my new job.
My name is Rosaria Pavano, ROSY for everyone.

I worked in the fashion world, in Milan, man-woman-child for many years. A unique experience that I still remember with great nostalgia.

Very curious and passionate about travel, I have always been lucky enough to be able to do it and to learn about new places also on the other side of the world. I think I have visited more than 52 countries.
I am tied to my "Gipsy" traditions. From a Sicilian father and a Lombard mother, I grew up in the midst of two very different cultures that gave an added value to my person.
I am the mother of two girls who are already adults and are passionate about our area, of sports and travel and always know new people.

As a teenager I had the experience of a year in a family in the South of England (Bournemouth), attending the International School and learning my English.

Thanks to my open nature, also due to my long stay in Brazil (land that I love), when I travel chat with everyone without shame, which gave me and still gives me the opportunity to always know new friends of every part of the world. Of every age, race and religion.
With time they visited me "in my lake", THE LAKE COMO!

So I started to organize itineraries in my region, according to the tastes and curiosities of my friends.
Moving also to regions further east and south Italy.
From my photos on the web site and on my Instagram profile, you will see me in the wine region here in Lombardy, in Puglia to visit the hinterland of the Trulli, in Sicily to have breakfast with the typical ricotta and so on.
A different itinerary for each friend. Some have come to visit me, without exaggerating more than a dozen times.

I looked after children of friends who studied in Italian and international schools (TASIS The American School in Switzerland, Collège Alpin International BEAU SOLEIL, IFS International School of Florence ...) both in Italy and in neighboring Switzerland.

So I was, vice-mother, aunt, friend, sister .... always with great pleasure and availability.
I searched for apartments, stipulated contracts together with those who needed them and gave my support with cars in accompanying them to choosing crockery and home furnishings and in carrying out paperwork to obtain Italian citizenship and passport.

I would like so much to convey my positivity and make the beauty of my region and my Italy known.
Each of you will be able to experience AS LOCAL and not as tourists.

You will arrive as a customer and leave as a friend!
